the parade yesterday went swimmingly well. I was the last one to get there in the group but I was still there before the stated time so I figure it was alright. I didn’t really know any of the other people there other then my coworker. I had met most of them, last year. but meeting someone for a few minutes doesn’t mean you know them. and even know after being introduced to everyone I have no idea what most of their names are. everyone liked my dress and one of the ladies kept asking me about putting the design on it. she said she wanted to learn how to do it so I explained to her how I had just used a cotten yarn and zigzaged it on by machine. she was suprised how easy it was. it does look daunting. but really the hardest thing about it is the time it takes becasue it does take a long time to go all the way around the dresss.
